We started in 2021 when a group of crypto builders watched a 12M fundraising round stall for weeks in SWIFT wires โ while people across northern Syria were running out of food. The rails are broken. We built a different one.
In late 2021, a coalition of Syrian-American doctors raised over 12 million in emergency winter funds. Most of it never made it. Banks froze accounts, compliance departments dragged feet, and by the time money landed, the donors had moved on and the families had moved tents.
Crypto Charity was built on a simple bet: if we publish every transaction, name every recipient, and route through multisig, we can move relief money faster than a war zone can move it backwards.
Four years later, we've delivered over $2.4M in aid to 18,400 families โ and every dollar is traceable on a public dashboard.
Every transaction is published on-chain. You can verify exactly what came in and what went out โ no PDF black holes.
We work with vetted field partners and local Syrian NGOs, not opaque intermediaries. Receipts come back as photos and GPS.
Stablecoins survive the sanctions minefield that traditional banking can't. We turn that resilience into a humanitarian advantage.
Quarterly third-party audits of treasury, expenses, and outcomes. Reports are public, signed, and timestamped on-chain.
